Bookmarks

Save and quickly access your most-used API requests with bookmarks.

4 min read

Bookmarks provide quick access to your frequently used requests. Save any request as a bookmark for instant access from the sidebar.

Bookmarks are stored locally on your device and scoped to each workspace. They do not sync across devices. You can save up to 30 bookmarks per workspace.

Organizing Bookmarks

Workspace-Scoped

Bookmarks are scoped to the workspace you're currently in:

  • Each workspace has its own bookmark list
  • Switching workspaces shows that workspace's bookmarks
  • Personal and organization workspaces maintain separate bookmarks

Per-Workspace Lists

When you switch workspaces, the bookmarks sidebar updates to show bookmarks for the active workspace.

If a bookmarked request is deleted:

  • The bookmark is automatically removed
  • You won't see broken bookmarks

  • All related bookmarks are removed
  • Clean up happens automatically

Offline Support

Bookmarks work fully offline since they're stored locally on your device:

  • Add and remove bookmarks anytime
  • View and open bookmarked requests
  • No internet connection required

Per-User Bookmarks

Bookmarks are personal to you:

  • Your team members don't see your bookmarks
  • Each user has their own bookmark list
  • Privacy is maintained

Bookmark Limit

Each workspace supports up to 30 bookmarks. When you reach the limit:

  • Attempting to add a new bookmark shows a "Bookmark limit reached" error
  • Remove bookmarks you no longer need before adding new ones
  • The limit applies per workspace, so other workspaces have their own 30-bookmark allowance

Best Practices

  1. Bookmark Frequently Used — Save requests you access often for quick retrieval
  2. Keep It Current — Remove bookmarks you no longer use to stay within the 30-bookmark limit
  3. Use Descriptive Names — Ensure bookmarked requests have clear names for easy identification
  4. Use Search — Search to quickly find bookmarks in large lists
